Overview

Creating a new experience and interface for Heimy Beauty service salon from end to end. The salon’s business plan is to add a tool to facilitate clients experience and connectivity.

We were tasked with re-branding and creating a mobile app with features to help the client to — easily view service details, shop details, book appointments, provide a reward loyalty program along with providing a personalized intimate beauty experience.

Problem

Heimy Beauty wants to improve the business service and revenue, by adding a booking appointment and informative tool to retain, engage and obtain new clientele. Providing a unique personalized experience to celebrate beauty enthusiasts.

Solution

To re-brand and create an intuitive mobile app experience allowing users to view service details, shop details, book appointments and learn about the industry. Ultimately users to feel empowered and excited for their visit. Start a relationship of trust.

Analyzed and compared current salon scheduling software's, to understand strategies and goals in market. Identified opportunities of improvement to create an upgraded experience with Heimy Beauty.

Data was collected from surveys and interviewing a group of users, to create a user persona who represented an ideal user of the application.
